banned for third party
someone please help i’ve emailed these people like 9 times and nothing is being done. i have not used any third party applications during val in my life accept logitech ghub, ds4, discord, elgato stream deck. i have spent easily over 800 on this game just to get perm banned for absolutely nothing which is bs….. someone HELP #FIXVANGUARD

noone will tell you what is and what isnt bannable

i was playing everyday even leaving my pc on overnight bruh nothing changed and i randomly get banned make it make sense

i mean valorant has got a pretty hefty anticheat
so just resort to another game
u need like a whole dif pc just to play valorant
play fn or sm shi
just spam tickets or file a back charge and get your spent $ back
thats not how support works
if you spam tickets and nobody’s replying to your ticket then the only other thing to do is back charge your credit card if you’ve spent $ on the game using your credit card
and get your money back
credit cards have a max one month chargeback policy iirc
I believe its 90 days in some countries
but either way what does #fixvanguard mean? vanguard is legit the best anti cheat in any game if you werent cheating you wouldnt have gotten banned and if you did get a false ban they would remove it right away

riot has good support
but you can only open 3 tickets
then they give you automated response
also if you were banned for a proper reason they wont help you as they shouldnt
it's because riot hold their vanguard system in high regard so they see the amount of people that actually have issues with vanguard banning them are usually hacking 99% of the time
the 1% of people who get banned for using third party software may usually have something open in the background marked by vanguard as suspicious probably
maybe an autoclicker, macro software, rasberry pi or other hardware trying to run tasks on your pc'
but that's a negligible amount of valorant players
you'll probably have to accept you're permanently banned if they are not responding to you. the best chance you have of getting unbanned is maybe finding out why you could have been banned, even if it has no relation to valorant at all. could be software and it could be hardware
