you probably can get away with creating a radial gradient that's 80% transparent and 20% blue, or something like that

no, i suck at marketing and design
but this can be done with a simple radial gradient with a stop at about 70%, then another transparent at about 70%, then blue at about 75% (for the gradient) and another blue at 80%
thats how i would do it, or something like that
