On some compact keyboards, the "Delete" function is shared with another key, accessible using a Function (Fn) key. Check your keyboard layout to see if there's a combination like Fn + Backspace or Fn + another key that acts as "Delete."
Otherwise, go grab another keyboard ig
Actually. no
With windows you can go directly into the BIOS
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery
Under Advanced Startup, click Restart now
After the restart, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings, and click Restart. This will take you directly to the BIOS

Might not be on Win 10
U could always do it from the recovery environment
It will not show up if the bios is in legacy boot mode tho
