Failed to add installation

I lost internet while installing a mod to my server. Since then my server profile messed up within SMM and will not allow me to connect back to the server. I have reinstalled SMM, reinstalled my server, and even moved my server to another region to initiate it under a new IP. However, everytime I go to add my server to SMM I am presented with the following error "failed to add installation: failed to validate installation: failed reading FactoryServer.exe: failed acquiring connection: failed to dial host", whenever I do advanced. In simple mode I am presented with the following error "failed to check if valid install: failed reading FactoryServer.sh: failed to list path: dial tcp: i/o timeout". The server is on Linux and in simple mode if I put in the appropriate path it does nothing and only forever acts like it is attempting to connect. Interestingly, if I use the exacty same details to connect through the FTP portal, or in an FTP client, it will connect and allow me to access the server no problem. But SMM is acting like it can not connect. I have also reached out to my host to see if something is hanging up SMMs connection on their end from when I lost internet.

Is the server using FTP or SFTP? Are you sure you're selecting the correct protocol in SMM?

It is using FTP. I was able to resolve it, and I’m unsure who’s end the issue is on, but it turns out whenever I used my T-Mobile WIFI it refuses to connect through SMM but will connect through every other means, if I switch to my phones hotspot on Verizon it connects no problem. Weird.
