i got ban by mistake
Hello, I bought a used computer, i wasn't know this pc had hardware bann :3 , when i tried to open my acc into this pc i got permanent ban i tried to connect support and explain my explain my situation ,always bot auto answer me and close ticket till they told me they won't accept any tickets about my account again :SS what can i do

It stops letting you make tickets after 3, but you can make another 3 in a month

no way for you to prove you bought a used pc to them and it wasnt you

yeah you can get unbanned if someone hacked ur account and cheated on it
but hes using same pc as a cheater then hes cooked

he got banned because the pc is hardware banned
so they will unban his account and then he plays 1 singluar game of valorant and boom hes perm banned again
try giving proof of you conversing with the seller of the pc, showing the seller post images of the pc u bought and showing that u now have the pc
it may help your case by showing how you recently acquired this pc

you just said you've seen someone get unbanned before from buying a pc from a cheater and getting their account banned? in the eyes of riot support he is the same person who he bought the pc from? I highly doubt they will unban him riot is really strict about cheaters and hwid bans
