Access Coder Locally

I am trying to run Coder behind a school firewall. I am trying the —access-url flag, and set it to the same IP address as the box it is running on. It seemingly starts fine, but I can not access it when I go to the local URL. How do you change the “HTTP Listener”, since it is still pointing to 127.0.0.1? Thanks
