Transferring domain from one cloudflare account to another

Hello, I have initiated a transfer to another cloudflare account as specified in the documentation here. https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/account-options/inter-account-transfer/ Case # 01225409 However, the new account is seeing "pending nameserver update" which is not mentioned in the documentation as something that is required by either account in this process. Can someone help me resolve this? The case has been open for weeks and we cannot get in touch with anyone from support. This is currently blocking our company's website from being published and wreaking havoc across the team.

Transfer a Cloudflare Registrar domain registration between account...
Cloudflare supports the transfer of domain registrations between Cloudflare accounts when the source and target account both confirm the transfer. The transfer will result in the loss of all configurations and settings for the domain in the source account.

Nobody available by phone, email, support portal, discord, or twitter. The docs say this must be completed through a support ticket but there is zero follow up...not sure what to do...

This discord is for the developer platform. If you haven't already, post on the community forum: https://community.cloudflare.com/ and link it here, and I can throw it in the escalation queue. It's linked with your CF Account/CF Employees can reply directly which makes it easier, and escalations can be made through there. May be worth noting:
Nobody available by phone, email, support portal, discord, or twitter
Phone support is only for Enterprise, there's no email support except replying through tickets which is the same as the support portal. Discord is for Dev Platform, and Twitter isn't anything. Not saying not getting a response for weeks should be acceptable, but it's worth noting your options. Sadly support has been slow in a lot of categories, the only thing we (community champs/volunteers/mvps) can do is push for escalations on the forums. The best/most offical place for registrar/generic ticket issues is the community forums, where there's cf employees and a direct path for escalations

Just for clarification: You see the domain under the registrar tab of the new account, the zone for it on the new acct was made for you, but is stuck pending, yes?

lol another forum mvp tried escalating it for the second time, funny that he didn't see mine & how effective the forums is. They responded on it saying that they pinged someone to take another look at the case btw, If they have any more info/etc they should comment directly on the ticket and/or the community forums
