Low FPS
My PC: (i9-13900KS RTX 4090 FE), My Laptop(i9-13900HX 4090), My other laptop also my main gaming device(i7-13700HX, RTX 4070). I am facing an issue of very low fps on each of these devices, well I havent gamed on my PC and the i9 laptop for like 6 months but on my current 4070 laptop I used to get more than a 1000 FPS on 1080p Max but after a few months the FPS drop to as low as 150 and sometimes even below 100. Its not laggy but I can certainly feel the inconsistent fps getting in my way. I tried to lock t to V sync(240Hz) but it still drops. Firstly a fresh Windows reinstall helped. But now I am facing this again and even a fresh Windows reinstall as well as a fresh valorant and vanguard reinstall isnt getting me my fps back. It used to be locked at 240 all the time but now iits just slow. II have 64GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM n my system so I am sure thats not an issue either. Other games run fine I am just seeing these inconsistent fps in valorant. Please give me a fix to this. Also, every driver is the latest version and my laptop manufacturer is Lenovo(All of the 6 laptops I own are from lenovo)

Might be overheating issues with the laptops when was the last time you took out the heatsinks and cleaned them properly/ changed thermal paste
I think what you should do is use Msi Afterburner and make it show the Cpu and gpu usage and temperature and look for any values that are out of the ordinary and if everything seems fine you move on to software size
its less than an year old+ my temps never exceed 75
did you try using a different account I had a weird problem with an account where for some reasons my fps would be so bad despite making sure again and again the same settings are applied to both accounts
I did that msi burner overlay as well as NVIDIA overlay. I have 64 GB RAM and I just got them yesterday so they brand new
I dont have any alt accounts but I too think its account related

probably the server issue. Its been blacking out like crazy recently thanks to the storms we getting

For anyone with the same issue as mine I got a solution. My problem was that my CPU was running in full speed all the time resulting in 30-40 percent usage even when it's idle in desktop with nothing open. It's because Lenovo has a set of power plan presets in the control panel which got reset yo the default generic windows balanced power plan when I reinstalled windows. To get them back just download the zip I am providing and extract and delete powerlog folder and run setup as admin. And then you have your power plan back. Nite it only works with Lenovo LOQ and legion and Lenovo laptops with the fn+q to switch plans function. I reached a record 1256 fps in the range and enabling v sync my game is locked in 238 fps (Idk why it locks 238 fps in a 240Hz display on enabling v sync). My CPU is 0-1 percent all times when idling. Huge help from GitHub and reddit
