I don't see Settings Copier (tier 0,1,2,3 fully researched).

@Marcio <Checkers/Copier/WallSup>Have you tried scrolling the Tier 1 icons all the way to the right? It is ranked to be placed at the very end of the list. If you have many mods with milestones, they all force it to be scrollable, due to overflow of icons
I don't have many mods
It works now. Apparently mods folders need to be same exact name as the .uplugin, strange that it would show on the list at all as if it's installed properly then...
As for the mod, it's a bit convoluted, I was hoping more of a simple integration of all signs stats into already existing in game ctrl+c/v, but whatever, it works.
I can't properly copy signs fully, they have some internal structures that I can't find out how to copy
I can copy the text, color and icon, but not the selected layout. At least not anymore
