Unable to boot valorant up - Freezes everything
Gotta a friend who tries to boot up valorant and it freezes their mouse and whole computer and it never fixes. They've uninstalled - reinstalled, and their on the newest windows 11 and everything is fine. nothing wrong with the computer. Checked everything inside the PC, took out and back in the graphics card and other things to check if it was them. They are unable to still access / run the game, it crashes immediately. Any help / input on this?

crashes with an error orrr
try turning off hardware accelerated gpu scheduling in graphics settings on windows may help
no error, just black screen then and mouse and keyboard freezes then it closes. thats it.
