100x Coal Generator not working
Can anyone explain why I can not get this coal generator to work?
It has fuel (coal) the water pipe leading into it is full... but the generator will not accept the water.. help please!

have you tried reattaching it?
and is everything connected to the powerline?
yes to both. I feel like its a mod bug but IDK
it does have a red light, I assuem because it is not working, but iut is wired up
it is a mod issue. the 10x works, anything above that seems to not take watrer.
From the mod page:

okay I confirmed the power is 100% working. I have 2 generators alone on this strand. one is 750MW and the other is 7500MW. when I turn the power on the power producituon is only showing 750MW
It is not burning the coal, the water thing still shows empty. I have tried everything I can think of.

Well the first problem is that the x100 coal generator wont burn the fuel until it has a stack of 100coal in it. You also need to make sure you are using compressed water, made in the packager. That being said the x100 coal gen is broken because it requires 450 compressed water which is equivalent to 45,000 water, which is x1000 a vanilla coal gen's consumption. it should be 45 compressed water but I don't think anyone has brought it to the attention of @Mastrmyrtr9 (Compact Machines). I was about to make my own post about this.
Thanks for the report. Will look into it, but i'm not sure there's a way around the 100 coal issue
not really an issue, just a requirement they weren't meeting in their screenshot 🙂
doesn't coal only stack to 100 in vanilla?
yeah, but if you are matching the 1500/min coal requirement it isn't really a problem
