VAN RESTRICTION: HVCI Enabled

Hallo ! i have a problem with my main account, if i login to my main account, i got error "HVCI enabled" but if i login to my second account, its fine, i can play it (im not smurf, same elo) i alr read all forum for this problem but no one can fix it, last time im login on internet cafe. i alr sent ticket to riot btw, thanks for respon !🫶 note: i cant send a vids bcs its so large, i have no nitro lmao
