How can you move a network drive to another region?
Even if I have to buy a 2nd network drive (which I'd prefer not to do if it can be avoided), what is the most efficient way to move the files?

Back up your files from a pod, then re sync your file to the new network storage
There is no service yet for migration to another network storage
When you say “backup”, are you suggesting a third, temporary location? Couldn’t you just runpodctl send between old and new?
Yes, to a cloud storage provider like aws s3 or other alternatives
Sure but usually from what I experienced it's much slower this way, costing time to rent the gpu pod ( except you have cpu pods )
The network speed between regions isn't great imo
For transferring files
