Which would be more comfortable and good for work/casual? NB 474 or Vans Ultrarange

The brown 574s?
All of the ones that aren't new balance are ugly, and the brown new balances are probably easier to pair with more things.
Would they be just as comfortable or more comfortable?
There are also these, but they're almost double the price
Or I could try wearing these funky Vans I got ages ago. They’re surprisingly comfortable
