How do you describe the jacket worn her over the suit?
What type of jacket do I search for? Also how do you describe the suit style in recent Bottega Veneta? It's kinda loose while still looking good. I can't see anything similar on suitsupply or other sites. Thanks

I’m gonna be real I do not think there are a lot of garments like this in similar fabrics (some kind of twill maybe?)
I’m not even sure it counts as a jacket
It’s an oversized popover with a deep v, big collar and billowy/blousy sleeves
It feels sailor/naval inspired to me, second best bet might be vintage
This 60s/70s polo I used to own had some of the details (big collar, deep v, popover, wide placket)
This is often called a skipper polo, or a Vareuse shirt
you will be able to find lots of shirts like that, but something big enough to wear over another shirt will probably be tricky
not pertinent to the topic but this shit was hard
I gave the polo away because I got too thick :nooooo:
Thanks. What of the suit style?
The suit is just a big slouchy Double breasted(D.B) suit
old armani does a lot of this type of stuff, if you search the discord I think there have been discussions about this style of suit before I think
I think that this is just a sartorial version of a traditional Smock
