Cant install mods

When I download a mod it says "Installation not found" Do I have to set a installation area for mods?? Like it didnt give me the option to select between steam and epic and stuff, so I am guessing it detected my game The mod manager and game are in diffirent drives, will that cause issues?

What happens when you try to launch through Steam? Looks like your game is out of date, too - if you haven't launched through steam since moving it, it won't work
