why is my game updating every time i want to start it
my game try to update every time I start it so i cant play 0.8 why is it doing that??

We don't provide support for downgrading on this server. All we do is provide this guide - after that you're on your own, I'm afraid:

It's possible to use SteamCMD to go back to previous versions of the game. This only works if you own the game on Steam - there is no alternative for Epic. For Epic, you must back a backup of the game files before the update occurs (so turn off auto update to make this easier!)
