we don't really do prescriptive guides here! If these are things that you want, go for it. We can help you if you post pics of styles or outfits you like, but there is no "starting point" or "basic wardrobe" that works for every person.

Also looking through that list, the recommendations (apart from the one size fits all nature of it) is outdated
