support ticket error
I recently had an issue with valorant and my account. So I put in a support ticket through valorant. Problem is when I sent it through it, I got the link stating that my ticket was confirmed so I clicked the link so I could monitor it and it shows up as a 404 issue on the page. I made a second one assuming that the first one didn't go through, which got the same result but fixed after someone closed it since theyy said I had two open for the same issue and to use the original ticket. Problem is I still cannot access it. Is this normal? or is there something I should be doing?
