Playing without incompatible mods
So right now I have like 8 compatible mods enabled while some are disabled like refined power, and powersuit. Would it be okay if I started playing the game again and saving my world? I want to know if for example when RP gets updated if my buildables for that mod will come back or disappear if I save the game without it being enabled/compatible

If you load a game without a mod it's builds disappear. If you save, they are gone forever. The game has no knowledge of this if the mod is gone, and so it skips them and forgets them, allowing your game to still be loaded but everything is gone and cannot return if you save again
