Delete valorant on pc
when i try to delete valorant it says the game is runnign when its not

Try closing any Riot related processes in the Task Manager and try again, you might want to disable Vanguard as well
how?
open task manager click startup at the top tabs, right click riot client and disable it
to open task manager press
ctrl + shift + esc
restart your pc (not shut down and turn on)
and it should work
