how do I maximise my chances with account recovery at riot support?
So as the title says I need help in account recovery and it's not really going well with support. the account I play on was created by my brother on behalf of me and was handed down to me same day as account creation.
But since I am not the "original creator" they aren't really helpful. I gave them all the transaction unique IDs and I doubt they checked, because they held on to the fact that I hadn't created the account. Even though I was the person who actually played on it.
I have spent over 300 dollars on my account and I need suggestions!

Well, the most important information you can have is the one that the account is created with
You can also avoid mentioning your brother
or any other person involved with the account
assuming you are truly the owner of it
I think you should ask your brother about info, if you still have the questions from the ticket
and always answer every question, even if it's some crazy guess

send em receipts of your email confirmations
if youve made purchases through paypal maybe send the transaction ids
same with prepaid card codes, send those, paysafecard etc.
They have unfortunately stopped replying to my tickets after I followed the given steps and the accounts still locked.
They still can't seem to verify that it was me......
