New BOARD Feature UI Tweak

Just installed 1.8 and was checking out the new BOARD feature. Looks really good. Noticed the menu rollover colors are not great IMO. I don't think it's related to my local setup...but could be. Just re-installed PurRef recently as a forgotten gem...now I don't need it!
