Does John Wick's/ James Bond's fashionwear suit a "Royal Casino" genre?

here's a bullet version: • Idk if this is a good range, but prolly maximum SGD 70 (lower is better, but not compromising too much on quality). Cost-effective for a decent college student. • Currently in Singapore • I can buy online & in-person, but i peronally prefer in-person as a better choice for me to check on the clothing's quality/feel. • It's not that urgent, since there isn't a fixed date yet (will update after a meeting with my committee, but the event might be hosted within this October-November) • Secondhand might suffice if its in good, presentable condition, but I'd prefer new. • Body Measurements: - Shoulder Length: 20cm - Back: 27cm - Waist Length: 80cm - Total Height: 167cm (5'6 for yall 🇺🇸) • My commonly used Uniqlo Airism: Large (for bulking allowance esp during long vacations :blushiedog: ) for context: my college course, finance administration, had a poll for our Acquaintance Party which had Casino Royal as the genre, and im also part of the security committee of my finance admin's org for managing the guests. I want to be cost-effective on it w/o compromising fashio. What initially came into my mind were James Bond (Daniel Craig, Sean Connery—my late grandfather's fave Bond actor) & John Wick. need some advice/recommendations on this Just my personal assumption, but theres a high chance that most guests might simply wear suits
