Black Fluffy Hoodie or Black Fluffy sweatshirt
Id mainly be using it for being nice and cozy inside while still being able to go out casually and feel warm in the cold.
Hoodie - I do like the hoodie but sometimes it can feel like an overload with the hood itself.
Sweater - It is good but im not sure if i should pick it just for casual wear

I have yet to find a black hoodie but it would likely be more fluffier than the sweatshirt

for me at least the notion of something feeling cozy or warm is tied to the physical sensation of warmth, which i can't verify through a picture
the style of the sweatshirt to me is fine for casual fits, but so would a hoodie. the warmth depends on how warm you want to be
hoodies tend to be warmer because of the hood in my experience; how you use that information is up to you
By the way
the sweatshirt/hoodie would be paired with not too compressive arm warmers underneath the clothes since it helps with exercise and comfort

it's an acceptable option from what i can tell
from reading it seems like your only issue with the sweatshirt is if it's suitably casual which i think so
I think outside of warmth, weight definitely adds to something feeling cosy
