Simple item teleporter

Simple item teleporter cant be unlocked, its blank to unlock. Ive also tried to unlock it via the calculator tool online, it still will not unlock. Ive supplied debug info.

i just load your save and yeah look like the millestone is bugged but you have the building under the "organization" tab (the transmitter and the receiver) @ThomasTwoFace
