Solution:

That's caused by Refined Power, use this prerelease of SMM to fix the error https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NMM96ScXxZW2M2YvL3-JlQqrI6AUWqlM/view?usp=sharing But Refined Power is also not updated for 1.0, so you should disable it anyway...
