My account was banned unfairly.
Guys, my Valorant account, to which I deposited 20 thousand dollars, was unfairly banned from a third party software, I am getting a ticket, but only the bot responds, please help me.

Your best shot is customer support mate, if you haven't used anything or have shared your account, then they might be able to help you
dude, I was a person who really took care of my account, I did not give it to anyone and I did not use any third party software.

Well I can not say anything with certainty, but if support is not writing back or you are receiving only a message from the bot, it's probably concluded that the penalty is applied correctly and there is correct detection of third party tools.
Is there any way to fix this?
I don't really know, if there is any chance, only support could help you out, but I don't want to give you any false hope. Usually bans from anti cheat are accurate.
