Unable to add materials to milestones on dedicated server

Using docker - linux install of the dedicated server. Mod manager connected to the server and installed all mods on the server. I have them all installed locally as well on Windows. When I go to select a milestone for any of the mods I can select it but cannot add materials to the milestone. For the mod EquipmentMk2 there is no material requirement for the Bladerunners Mk2, when I select that and hit the red button nothing happens.
I've attached the debug log and the mod list is below. Thanks for the help. Mods:

Solution:

oh the logfile from the server hasn't been updated since September

Looks like it isn't loaded on the server no idea why, if SMM thinks it did install it! is it present in FactoryGame/Mods on the server?

It appears to be installed on the server, this is the remote location at satisfactory/FactoryGame/Mods

I've also tried to run

/info

/info

and it does not recognize the command in the chat

You just got me to figure it out! Thats an old user share that I was pointing towards, I just need to change it to point to the current one. Oops! Easy fix I suppose haha Thanks for your help!
