Question from a person who plays on mobile.
I was watching some videos on YouTube and I noticed that some weapons have a skill (I've never played on PC so I never knew about this). I reached level 80 and discovered this today. Is there any way to use this skill? I can't use it.

base skill servers
server list > base skill servers. that's it. you gotta buy the skills first

also to use the abilities you need the damage first obv but on mobile you gotta press it and the “swing” pr whatever to attack button changes to “use” and usually you gotta hold it or tap to use
go to servers list and join on "base skills" servers and u will have them
