Mod manager keeps getting wrong directory?

Is there a way to change the game directory of the folder? It keeps detecting an old steam folder as the directory, but when I launch the game it launches in the correct folder. It just does not apply to mods

Open the Manage Servers menu in SMM and remove that unknown entry
