triggered by @Nico TAIhuh weird, it's not finding your EGS install

Try running SMM as administrator
yes, but same problem
well, that's me out of ideas - you'll probably need to wait for @Mircea (Area Actions) to have time to take a look
ok, thank you.
@Mircea (Area Actions) hello, can you take a look on my log ? thx.
I'll take a look a bit later, busy rn
ok, thank you.
I have the same problem. I use Steam. In a previous version of SMM I got this message after moving my game install from C: drive to D: (using Steam).
I moved back the game to C-drive after freeing up some space.
It didn't help. And the problem persists now in v3 b4.

triggered by @JacSweSMM v3.0.0-beta.4 does not support 1.0, update to v3.0.0
Try reinstalling your game
I had the same issue, uninstall the old SMM then download the new SMM from ficsit.app. don't use any old SMM as it is not compatible anymore
Done, changed hard drive, directory, same problem.
WDYM "changed hard drive"?
I have 2 HD in nvme, I try to install the game on other.
Ah, okay. Can you launch the game from Steam?
yes, from Epic.
Someone can help me ?
beta version doesn't support 1.0
update SMM
Discord message load moment
oh look at that, you already said that once
wait are there 2 issues in this one thread?
Yeah...
I quit.
here's my resignation letter
So, SMM is not detecting any kind of Epic installed
Got it mixed up because of the other person's logs
I just got out from an exam though, so I'm not at my PC
SMM detecting nothing
My message was a statement, not a question. It's saying that Epic isn't installed, at all
Does
C:\ProgramData\Epic
exist?yes
And in there,
EpicGamesLauncher\Data\Manifests
?yes
Open command prompt and type/paste
echo %PROGRAMDATA%
and send the output of thatC:\Program Files\Dokan\Dokan Library-1.4.1\x86\lib\
I mean, I believe you, but that's certainly not what
%PROGRAMDATA%
should beDo you remember installing Dokan Library, and why you installed it? Does that path exist?
yes, it's existe but I can't remeber why dokan is on my computer
It's a program that allows you to create "virtual filesystems" on windows
Maybe you installed it for some other program?
maybe to save damaged hard drivez
Maybe come with disk drill , I can unistall it ?
If you don't know what it does, probably
done, now I have : C:\Program Files\AMD\RyzenMaster\
Do you use RyzenMaster?
come with Ryzen, I don't know what it's do
For PROGRAMDATA?
Check in the environment variables editor if PROGRAMDATA is set to that, or if it gets that value some other weird way
Also, very weird that Epic doesn't have an issue with that env var and still creates the file in what PROGRAMDATA should point to (
C:\ProgramData
)Try this build of SMM https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v0YmMYQeJARjLeCTPu2qyiN95hsRf01C/view?usp=sharing
