What do these Nvidia OpenGL settings do?
Just installed Bazzite today. I found out that switching these off fixes the periodic black screen flickering I get while gaming, but i'm kinda concerned cause I don't understand what they do. Is it anything important or should I just carry on? :clueless:

forgot what the flipping one did
but sync to vblank is "always vsync"
the bottom 2 are for g-sync monitors (and possibly also freesync? i havent used an nvidia gpu since 2016 so idk)
