In your Cloudflare account, find the Website/domain name. Then on the lefthand toolbar, you will see "Email" then go to "Email Routing"

Configure rules and addresses | Cloudflare Email Routing docs
An email rule is a pair of a custom email address and a destination address, or a custom email address with an Email Worker. i dont want the emails to be routed anywhere. i check my email at [email protected] and I want to set up more people like that. all the email routing stuff seems to want to send it to a pre existing email
What's your domain? Sounds like you use a pre-existing non-cloudflare email service
im not sure I can share it, it's the company I work for. Is there a way for me to find out myself?
Look at your records in Cloudflare, look for MX ones with the
Name
being your domain name exactly. You could look externally too: https://dnschecker.org/#MX/google.com (change to your domain from google, of course)
Most providers are pretty obvious and use their names in itDNS Checker

something.mx.cloudflare.net
is Cloudflare, Workspace has "google" in the name iirc, Microsoft is outlook.com, proofpoint is ppehosted, etc
