New J can't reach an old J from 2 Years ago that I worked at. Old J is a large firm that only does verification through TWN. The HR rep at the new J wants me to get an employment verification and have them send it to her email address, but given the size of the old firm this is literally not possible. Thoughts on how to handle the situation?
I have a couple old w2s, and possibly an old offer letter if I dig deep enough..
Edit: Firm verifying is first advantage (FADV)

Found an email address I could provide the lady and gave that to her. Also told her best I could do is give her some w2s, but I'll see what else I can do.

I gave them an email to our job's equivalent of an alumni network and told them to email them and see what they could do
