Valorant cannot update. League cannot update. Support has been no help for the past 5 weeks.

I have been facing this issue for the past 5 weeks. I've been emailing Riot support for a very long time and they are being very unhelpful. I have tried pretty much every option including reinstalling Windows. Anyone have a solution?
