I moved satisfactory to another drive and cant figure out how to point the mod manager to the new instal folder

update its now found the right folder but i cant do anything with it

SMM queries the APIs of the EPIC and Steam game store apps to determine where your game is. If you moved its location after installation manually, your installer client will not know where it is. You will need to reinstall your game through your store client so that it is in a known location. This will not affect your saves.
Both clients support installing wherever you like
and steam supports moving games from library to library
i uninstalled and reinstalled the game through steam though
would i have to do it again?
have you restarted SMM since doing that?
restarted and reinstalled when that didnt work

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in this channel.
