normal, it was always doing it, now you can just see it. Yes, that's a more recent change to make it more visible what it's doing behind the scenes for you

Does this affect it? Or is it not like dns zone cpanel? Like : DNS Cloudflare = "v=spf1 a mx -all\010" DNS Zone =v=spf1 a mx -all

The display changed but they work the same as they always have. Some DNS Solutions hide the quotes, but they're still there when the record is served, just hidden in the ui/added on backend

this about ( " ) or ( /10 ) ?

\10 is a new line, probably from your paste, don't think it matters but you could clean it up if you wanted

The quotes yes, the new line no, unless you're not removing the new line/keep adding it back

So i surprising that he adds himself automatically.

Cloudflare changed the display of TXT records to match exactly what the DNS Service responds with, according to RFC. Special characters (like new lines) are escaped, everything is quoted up to 255 characters, etc. It's meant to make users smarter and more aware of what it's actually doing for them, will have to see though

It seems the \010 is the new line you have in the first screenshot. It should go away if you delete the line break.
