What's the default delivery rates for the Continuous Space Elevator mod by Andre Aquila?

I saw that the Continuous Space Elevator mod was updated for the 1.0 release, so I reinstalled it. However, I used some of the commands that change the delivery rates before I built the first Continuous Space Elevator. I noticed that all the delivery rates seemed much lower than they used to be. They definitely have lower values than the screenshot on the mod page. I tried uninstalled the mod and clearing cache before reinstalling to see if the values changed but they didn't. Are these right? Did Andre rebalance the rates for 1.0? The mod in question: https://ficsit.app/mod/KeepFeedingToMaintainPhase
Continuous Space Elevator - CL - SMR
A new Space Elevator that you have to keep feeding to maintain your current game phase.

Solution:
I suggested to Andre to lower the values as it would take 41 assembler to finish phase 2. It seems more balanced. You can change the values. You think it's too easy that way?

That's 600 manufacturers, 6k constructor, 2k assemblers.

62 Manufacturer, 216 assemblers, 692 constructors I'm pretty sure the original values would have been impossible to achieve.

I don't disagree with the new numbers. Actually as soon as I started my run, I ran the command /cse 1 1 before I had even built the first continuous space elevator to see the new numbers because I remembered how painful smart plates at 5/min when still on Mk1 miners and biofuel generators. I guess I just happened to change it to what the new value already was and it made me very confused. Anyways, thanks for confirming that those are the real new numbers.

I just noticed this too and thought the new values look too easy for my taste, so I'd like to increase them to something harder, but feasible. What values would you suggest? I was thinking of keeping phase 1 and 2 as the new default, but set phase 3 and 4 to 50% of the original. Or would that still be way too much? Like: 1 10, 10, 1 50, 10, 2 25, 25, 10, 10
