High, Med, or Low graphics?
Ik lowering it gives fps boost, but I get 300-500fps average on high, im js wondering if they have any difference ( other than amount of fps)

you'll be visually capped at whatever hz (framerate) your monitor can display, higher is usually better, but that's also mostly preference iirc
if you lower settings, you'll have a slight advantage playing around some util like viper wall.
