If you want more help or better answers, you might be well served to try giving more context on what exactly you are looking for and what you want opinions on. Right now no one knows what budget you have, what sort of climate you're in, what needs you have in your wardrobe, etc etc. Are you starting from absolute nothing? Why do you feel like you need new basics? What sort of styles are you interested in?
It sounds like you're looking for quite a lot of help, so it might be worth trying to put some effort into your request as well
Otherwise just go through uniqlo and if you need sweaters, jackets, pants, etc they have reasonable options that will be hard to go wrong with
