How to deal with being dummy thicc?
Hello. I put some weight on the past years and it went mostly butt and hips. They make me self-conscious because I think my silouette goes disproportionate as below the knees my legs are thin and my arms are too. The hips look fine on front if I wear a loose top and not-skinny bottoms, but when I'm on my sides the butt sticks out like a sore thumb.
Asides from working out, how can I avoid drawing attention to those areas in clothing?

i promise you nobody is noticing or cares about these things
from one caked up guy to another, i usually wear like thicker material flannels or smth, kinda baggy fit which is long enough to cover my butt when im feeling self conscious about it. for thighs being disproportionate to shins literally i just never wear skinny-fit pants and im fine
Sounds like you aren't buying clothes that fit.
Measure some tops and bottoms that you like the way you look in, and compare those measurements online to brands you like based on the numbers and not the tagged size (s/m/l, 28/30/32, etc)
Also that
Never go by tag size always use a size chart
& as a general tip, avoid tapered pants (go for straight or relaxed cuts) and slim fit shirts (regular or traditional instead)
