I have had a problem with voice chat for 3 months and it has not been resolved yet

In short, I have a problem with the voice chat in my main account. The conversation does not work at all, but if I switch the account, the problem disappears and the voice chat becomes disconnected every 3 rounds for a period of 10 seconds. I searched for a solution and I contacted support and tried all the methods and they were not able to solve the problem. My friend tried logging in. The account has the same problem. I tried another network and the same problem. I live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and there is no voice chat blocking in the country. I deleted and downloaded the game more than once This problem affected me a lot and I started to leave the game because of the problem. I hope anyone has a solution to let me know.
