X3 Roads - Decals not showing up

I've been having an issue with X3 roads where the decals are not painting onto the roads. Everything else is running fine

Okay, got decals to show up again, but I had to make them stop being conveyor poles (not sure how that'll affect existing decals in saves). I also figured out a way to make decals get placed properly on ramps (some hologram magic involving vectors), even if the hologram preview still appears flat (the decal only gets rotated when actually building it).
