I just got the game and I cant play it

I just got the game and I can only get like 1 minute into basic training before the game crashes and it pops up with: "This version of Vanguard requires a secure boot to be enabled in order to play, See the Vanguard notification center in the tray for more details." Followed up by: "This Version of Vanguard requires TPM version 2.0 to be enabled in order to play, See the Vanguard notification center in the tray for more details." First what is Vanguard, second what is and where do I see the "Vanguard notification center", and third how do I get TPM version 2.0
