"reliable buffer overlow" presumably caused by mp compatible mod
My partner and I installed the Third Person View mod since she had troubles with motion sickness before, and since then I cannot connect to her game, giving the "outgoing reliable buffer overflow" error on attempting.
Its only a tiny starterbase (2 miners, 2 constructors) and disabling the mod allows me to join again. We both have no other mods installed, and tried the standard steps I found when looking for general solutions to the issue (setting network quality to ultra, loading from far away from the base).
I would be very grateful for any help 🙂

a solution that seems to work for now is me hosting and not my partner. also possibly relevant is that it was an entirely new save and not one created in the basegame.
