How to go on welcome page (before signing up page)
What is the route of the page given in image..

Hey, there is no such route in the application packages/twenty-front (running on app.twenty.com). This comes from packages/twenty-website (running on twenty.com). They are 2 different applications
so you'll need to setup twenty-website package in this case
npx nx run twenty-website:dev
