I'm having trouble with the Flatten to Foundation Terrain Tool
The other day, when I loaded into my zoo the Flatten to Foundation tool stopped working properly. Instead of actually Flattening to Foundation it either raises the terrain or lowers it, and after it's done that it functions with the terrain it seems to want to flatten to.
Originally I thought it was trying to flatten to a certain level, but it doesn't. On the basic default terrain level it flattens down, and it flattens up on a slightly higher level.
I dunno if this is a Planet Zoo glitch or a glitch with Free Build, but I genuinely have no idea what the problem could be.
