What do you call this kind of tuck? I’ve seen it on many polo esk outfits I love how it looks. I just don’t know if I am doing it correct. Also, what can I improve about this outfit?

Just looks like a regular tuck to me, giving a little room so there's no pulling, which tends to be more flattering but it's up to you.
Hard to give feedback on fit without seeing full photo including shoes. Nothing really wrong here. Do you like it?
