failed to resolve lock file
Got this error and then generated file and it said that errored as well but it still generated a log file. I looked for a solution and saw 2 similar questions but they did not really help.Also this happens when I try to download a mod and hit apply.

nope figured it out because it said it needed the file saved so i tried to make the file manually. The problem was it inclueded ":" and windows does not allow that.So because I named my profile something thats impossible to save to it was erroring.Hope that helps anyone in the future.(Ps:It does this when just installing like one mod and I do not have refined power)

This usually indicates that you have mods with conflicting dependencies - ie one says you can't have higher than version 1 and the other days you can't have lower than version 2 of the same dependency
So double check your mods, make sure all are compatible with 1.0
Any that aren't, you need to remove them if you want to play with mods that are.
This is caused by Refined Power. Will be fixed in the next SMM version, but Refined Power is still not updated, so you should disable it anyway
But you don't seem to have Refined Power in that debug info, so I guess it's yet another mod that has a very old version that's broken

Also I guess to sum this up to fix(at least for mine) try to make the ending .json file and if you can't manually make it because windows says your using symbols and stuff change the name of your profile.Or easier just check to make sure your profile name does not have symbols(even though some are fine like '/')
